This restaurant has been successfully operating for the past two years and has established a presence in the local market. The business has been running consistently and has built a base of regular customers during this period.

We are currently planning to relocate to another place and, at the same time, are heavily involved in our real estate business. Due to the increasing responsibilities and workload in our real estate operations, we are unable to dedicate the required time and attention to the restaurant.
